With the Ventoux 365 Performance Guarantee, you can focus on the ride – we take responsibility for the gear. We're always ready to help if, against expectations, an issue should arise.
How the guarantee works
The Ventoux 365 Performance Guarantee applies for 365 days from the date of purchase
and covers all Ventoux cycling socks.
If your socks develop a hole or abnormal wear within the guarantee period due to a material or manufacturing defect under normal use, we'll replace them free of charge.
What's covered
- Material or manufacturing defects
- Seams that come apart under normal use
- Abnormal wear caused by the product – not the user, for example if the material becomes unusually thin after relatively short use
What's not covered
- Normal wear after many kilometres of use
- Damage caused by crashes, sharp objects, or improper washing and care
- Missing socks – even if the washing machine still denies all responsibility
How to file a claim
Send a photo of the socks along with your order number to our customer service team. We'll process your request as quickly as possible, and if the claim is covered by the guarantee, we'll send you a new pair free of charge.
