When you have shopped at Ventouxbike.dk, the goods will usually be dispatched the same day (if you have shopped on a weekday before 2pm) or the following weekday. The online store is set up so that you - with few exceptions - can only order goods that are physically in our warehouse and can therefore be packed and sent quickly.
You can therefore expect that it will typically take 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed until the goods arrive.
In very busy periods (e.g. during sales, on Black Friday and at Christmas time), there may be be 1-2 days longer delivery time, which we always try to avoid.
It is also possible to pick up orders directly at our shop address outside Roskilde, Denmark. Read more about collection times etc. below.
Delivery with GLS
When you choose GLS, you can have it delivered to either a parcel shop or your workplace.

The shipping limit for free delivery is DKK 399 with GLS parcel shop and DKK 499 with GLS Erhverv. It is not possible to get free delivery directly to a private address.
If you shop for less than DKK 399, the delivery fee is: DKK 29 to Pakkeshop and DKK 39 to a business address.
If you need to return a shipment, you can also advantageously do so with GLS by purchasing a return label through us
Delivery with Post Nord
With Post Nord, you can have it delivered to a parcel shop (which includes post shops, post offices and parcel boxes) as well as directly to your private address.

The shipping limit for free delivery is DKK 399 to a parcel shop or post office. Free delivery is not possible to private address.
If you shop for an amount below the shipping limit, the delivery fee is: DKK 35 to Pakkeshop and DKK 45 to a private address.
Collection in Roskilde, Denmark
You can also pick up your order at our address just outside Roskilde. This is a free service.
