Payment
At www.ventouxbike.dk you can pay with various credit cards, Mobilepay, Viabill and Forbrugsforeningskort. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the order has been prepared for dispatch or collection. During busy periods, it may happen that orders are dispatched on public holidays or weekends, but are only picked up the following weekday.
We reserve the right for errors in prices and discounts that are obviously due to e.g. a typo. In that situation, the purchase agreement can be canceled in accordance with Clause §32 of the Contracts Act.
Delivery
Your order is delivered by GLS, Post Nord or Dao to a parcel shop, a business address (with access during daytime hours on weekdays) or to your private address.
Exchange and cancellation of a purchase
As a consumer, you have a 30-day exchange and return right when you shop with us. In connection with Christmas, this deadline is extended to 31 January.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item or take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. Along with your returned goods, we ask that you enclose a completed Returns Form.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not use it, and e.g. take a test drive.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs from us to you.
Reimbursement of paid postage from us to you only takes place if the entire order is returned. If only parts of the order are returned, the postage is not refunded. We will process the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Right of complaint
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Always contact us first before returning a complaint item. In some cases, it is not necessary to return the defective item if, for example, we is able to assess the complaint using photo documentation etc.

Access to complaints
A complaint about a product purchased from us, which cannot be resolved amicably by contacting us directly, can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus here.
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints are lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our email address, which is info@ventouxbike.dk.
