You have a 30-day right of cancellation and return when you shop with us.
In connection with the Christmas shopping, the exchange and return deadline is extended to 31 January. This applies to all orders placed in the period from 15 November to 24 December.
We have tried to make it as simple and easy as possible to return or exchange an item or shipment.
Briefly, it goes like this:
Return from Denmark
Complete our returns form (which came with the goods) and put it together with the returned goods. Download any the return form here
Buy a GLS return label here
Hand in the return package to the nearest GLS package shop. Find your GLS Package Shop here
Once the return package has been received and registered at our warehouse, there is usually a 3-5 working day turnaround time.
When returning: If everything is in order and the return is approved*, money is transferred to the account that was used for the purchase.
When exchanging for a different size, color, etc.: If the desired item is in stock, we will send the new item to the parcel shop or address that was used for the original purchase. If the requested item is not in stock, money will be refunded to your account instead.
